Wester Hailes Library celebrates its young readers

Wester Hailes library says congratulations to all the children who completed this year’s Tesco Bank Summer Reading Challenge!

Every year Edinburgh City Libraries in partnership with The Reading Agency challenge children across the UK to read 6 books over the summer. This year’s theme was Record Breakers, sponsored by Guinness World Records.

Wester Hailes library held a medal ceremony on Friday 21 August 2015, where the local kids could come along and receive their medal and certificates in a big celebration.
