A new Community Food Shop opened today at Wester Hailes library offering healthy food for healthy prices!
The shop, run by the Health Agency, Health all Round and Edinburgh Community Food, will be open in Wester Hailes library every Thursday from 11.30am – 1.30pm.
Today the shop was offering a free cup of soup for everyone that popped by and was selling the ingredients for a tomato sauce, a pack to make your own lentil and vegetable soup (for only £1), porridge and prepacked bags with your five a day.
They will be selling different soup recipes each week so make sure you head along!
