Marta’s Broccoli Salad recipe

Here is a tasty recipe for Marta’s Broccoli Salad sent in to us for our new recipe section of the website!


Ingredients:
500g broccoli
1 tin of sweetcorn or two ears of fresh cooked corn
1 block of feta cheese
300g boiled baby potatoes
1/2 – 1 small bag of toasted sunflower seeds
Garlic Sauce*

For the Garlic Sauce:
Mix together 1 tub or sour cream with an equal measure of mayo,
3-5 garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard, a teaspoon of sugar, and salt and pepper to taste.

Placed the cooked broccoli in a dish, layer with potatoes, sweetcorn and feta. Spread the garlic sauce on top and then add the seeds. Add salt and pepper to taste.
