The Broomhouse Centre is currently organising for a series of job vacancies. These include:


Part-time Project Manager – Dementia Day Care Service

Extension to closing date – now 10th May 2016

28 hours per week (Mon, Wed, Thurs & Fri)

Starting Salary:- £21,420/£22,440 per annum pro-rata

If you have a SVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care, 2 years’ experience of working with older people with dementia and one year’s experience of managing a small team of staff/volunteers then this could be the job for you.

This position is funded by the Big Lottery fund.

Project Manager – Youth Befriending

36 hours per week fixed term for one year (continuation subject to funding)

Salary £21420-£23460

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, organised and self-motivated project manager to recruit, train and support a team of 20 volunteer befrienders as part of the Befriending Consortium. The ideal candidate will have experience of volunteer support, training and development and managing a busy service.
