This new community club for young people aged 13 to 17 years starts this evening and will run on Fridays in July and August from 7PM- 8.30PM.
Parkour, also known as free running, involves movement around, across, through, over and under the urban environment. This can involve running, jumping, rolling or climbing and means moving through the city in a whole new way. The weekly sessions will have the guidance and support of fully trained and experienced coaches.
