WHALE Arts was rocking today as Expecting Something got together to hold their Summer Festival party.
Mums and babies were dancing along to live music performed by Sprog Rock before tucking into a delicious free lunch and enjoying some break dancing and powder paints.
Expecting Something works with new and expectant parents under 25 and their babies, and is run by Starcatchers a leading charity that exists to apply the transformational power of the arts to support improved outcomes for our youngest children. Since 2006, we have successfully pioneered methodologies of engaging with and making high quality performances for babies and young children aged 0-5 years and their grown ups in communities in Scotland.
Expecting Something meets every Tuesday at the WHALE Arts Centre from 10.30am – 12.30pm and is for mums under 25 and their bumps and babies.
