Edible Estates would like to announce new woodland play sessions on Fridays 2.00pm – 4.00pm at ‘the woods’ at Westburn and Saturdays 1.30pm – 4.00pm at Curriemuirend Woodland.
It is a great opportunity for local children in Wester Hailes to get to know their local woodlands and learn about nature, bio-diversity and have some fun.
So far they have built a huge den at Curriemuirend woods and have put up bird feeders and done litter picks at The Woods and Curriemuirend woodland, as well as have fun erecting swings in the trees and hammocks to swing and play in a more natural environment
