Local organisations from the South West of Edinburgh met today at the WHALE Arts Centre for an Early Years networking event organised by Starcatchers and Dads Rock.
The event was attended by several organisations with Dads Rock and Starcatchers being joined by staff from With Kids, Home Link Family Support, Juno, Big Hearts, Broomhouse Health Strategy Group, SCOREscotland and WHALE Arts.
The event was split with the first half acting like a standard network event giving the organisations a change to chat together, set up stall and share information then staff from each group were invited to give a presentation. The hope is that this will help groups find out what each other do and to promote collaboration in the future.
