Prospect Chairman, Alan Gee commented,

It is reassuring to see that we are delivering services which meet our tenants’ expectations and needs. Thank you to all who took the time to share their views with us and well done to all the Prospect staff for their hard work in achieving these results.

Prospect carry out the large scale survey every 3 years and had 507 tenants take part during November and December last year. Prospect plan to use the information to enable them to better understand their tenants. They have been working with their Tenants Forum to develop an action plan based on the results and will use the survey results to focus on what their tenants feel are important.

You can see more of the 2016 results here. If you’d like a copy of the action plan, or want more information about the results of the survey, please contact Catherine Louch using Prospect’s office number 0131 458 5480.

  1. Very good but you don’t say how many participated in the survey. This would give a truer overall picture I think. As obviously your survey is based on responders.
