Chocolate mug brownie cake

Apparently microwave mug cakes are the way to go!  We have found this recipe for a chocolate brownie mug cake made in under 2 minutes.  The recipe needs only a microwave, some key ingredients and a mug.

Serves 1

Ingredients
• Slice of butter 1cm thick (30g)
• 1 egg
• 4 tbsp caster sugar
• 6 tbsp plain flour
• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp single cream
• 2 tbsp chocolate chips
• 2 tbsp crunchy hazelnut spread

Method
1) Melt the butter in a bowl for 20 seconds (800 watts).
2)In a mug: beat in one by one the egg, sugar, melted butter, flour, cocoa, baking powder, cream and chocolate chips.
3)Spread the crunchy hazelnut spread around the inside edge of the mug.

Cook in the microwave for one minute 20 seconds (800 watts).
