Street League has announced that they are looking to recruit an admin assistant at their Edinburgh base.
The post is 5 days per week (25 hours per week) – flexibility offered on days worked, with a salary of £8.45 per hour and a 9-month fixed-term contract.
The Admin Assistant is responsible for providing general administrative support to Street League’s Scottish operations. This is a Modern Apprenticeship role and the incumbent will undertake a Level 3 in Business and Administration, supported and assessed internally by Street League. Successful candidates will be assessed and guided through their apprenticeship by Street League’s Training & Education Manager and they will also receive day-to-day mentoring from local Operations Managers.
The role is diverse and multi-faceted; candidates will liaise with management and front-line staff across disciplines including but not limited to operations, finance, marketing, HR and quality. These elements will be in addition to core daily administration tasks including data entry, invoice processing, report creation, web and social media updates and front of house duties.
