The Digital Sentinel will be holding the first in a series of special themed sessions on Friday 5 May 2017, 1.00pm – 3.00pm, at the WHALE Arts Centre offering help with photography!
These news drop ins will take place from Friday 5 May 2017 and will then alternate every Thursday 10.30am – 12.30pm between WHALE and Clovenstone Community Centre.
The drop in on Friday will focus on photography. Bring your phone or camera and learn to take some photos with amateur photographer David Jacobs. We also plan to do a drop in looking at E-communications, social media, digitising old photos and bring your own tech.
Come along, tell us about any news or stories, learn some new skills and get involved with your local news website.
There is no need to book and people are free to stay for as long as they are able. We will also continue to offer general IT support during these drop ins. Come along and find out how you could become one of our community reporters!
