Prospect Community Housing has announced they will be holding their 2017 Annual General Meeting at the WHALE Arts Centre on Tuesday 5 September 6.00pm.
All Prospect members are invited to attend the meeting. New members are always welcome, it only costs £1 and ensures you have a role in the future of Prospect.
Last year those attending heard about some of Prospect’s achievements, including the shower and kitchen programmes, and the installation of over 100 new boilers. This significant investment has been achieved at the same time as limiting rent increases at inflation only. Alan Gee, Prospect’s Chair, also emphasised their commitment to remain community based, underscored by the high level of tenant representation on the Management Committee.
