Prospect’s Scrutiny Group is asking tenants to share their views on Prospect’s approach to consultation on proposed rent increases.
They have put together a short online survey to collect people’s thoughts and views as part of this evaluation which you can complete here. Everyone who takes part will be entered into a draw to win £20 Love to Shop Vouchers. The survey ends on Monday 23rd October 2017.
The Scrutiny Group is made up of a small number of local residents who focus on taking a close look at Prospect’s services with the aim of helping to make improvements. They recently completed an evaluation of stair cleaning which they presented to Prospect’s committee last month. Their findings and recommendations are now being used to develop an action plan.
In considering how Prospect carries out a proposed rent increase consultation, the Scrutiny Group will also look at what other landlords do, and will observe Prospect’s Budget Working Group.
