Prospect Community Housing is recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their senior management team.
The post is permanent and full time working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday, with a salary of £53,878 – £57,752 per annum.
Due to the current post holder retiring, we are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join our senior management team. Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will oversee the delivery of effective and efficient internal financial services to support the activities of the organisation. The role has responsibility for financial accounting, budgets, management accounting and reporting, as well as treasury and cash management. The post holder is also responsible for the management and development of staff within the finance department.
The successful candidate will be a CCAB or CIMA qualified Accountant with experience of working in a housing environment. You should have up to date and thorough knowledge of accounting standards and experience of producing annual financial accounts. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to present complex financial information clearly.
