Everyday is different for John, John and Paul; Prospect’s Stair Cleaning Team. That was certainly the case last week when what started out as a standard stair clean turned into an opportunity to help a local resident.
Whilst cleaning a stair in Clovenstone they heard a resident calling for help from behind a flat door. It turned out she had fallen badly and was unable to move. The team were able to reassure her, call an ambulance and even nip round the corner to alert a family member.
The good news is that the resident is now being well looked after and her family are very appreciative of the team’s quick thinking and kindness.
“We’re happy to help,” said John. “It’s all part of the service.”
