St Nicholas Church Sighthill will be holding their annual St Nicholas Day celebration on Sunday 3 December 2017, 10.30am – 2.00pm.
This year (on 3 December 2017), we have invited 300 children to attend the celebrations. We will also be graced by presence of a team from Burton’s Biscuit factory (located in the parish and who, like us, are celebrating 60th anniversary of their premises).
The management of the factory are encouraging their employees to set aside money for a simple gift for children. These gifts will be brought to church and handed out, after the service, by Santa, to the children. We are looking forward to another fun-filled and enriching time with children, at the children’s church.
