Farmfoods is seeking to fill a Supervisor vacancy in their Wester Hailes store.
The post is permanent working 16 hours split over 5 days a week with a salary of £7.90 per hour.
Our Supervisors are key members of the branch management team. They support the Branch and Assistant Branch Manager in running an efficient branch by leading and motivating a team of Retail Assistants to do their very best.
As part of the management team our Supervisors are responsible for ensuring our branches are well presented for our customers and for playing their part in managing key branch costs. This is a position with a huge amount of responsibility, which should not be taken for granted.
Responsibilities:
– Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver a great shopping experience for your customers and take full control of the branch in your manager’s absence.
– Control all key costs such as shrinkage and waste so that we can continue to offer great value to our customers.
– Opening and closing the branch, cash handling, placing orders and delivering training.
