Wester Hailes Community Council would like to remind everyone that due to the festive break their next meeting will take place on Wednesday 7 February 2018, 6.00pm – 7.45pm at Wester Hailes library Community Room.
The meeting is open to any local resident who wants to highlight local issues or who simply wishes to hear what the Community Council discuss.
You can read our account of their December meeting here where the group discussed Edinburgh Council’s proposal to merge Wester Hailes Education Centre and Currie Community High School as part of their Edinburgh Schools Review, heard a report from Police Scotland on crime rates over the month and received a presentation from local youth group About Youth.
