As a new mum, you’re busy morning till night, but that doesn’t mean you can’t squeeze in an effective workout.
Each class includes exercises specifically selected to strengthen and tone particular muscles groups, and enable us to cope with the demands of motherhood. We finish off with a cool down and stretch.
