Library users had a special treat today when the Tasting Change team came along to hold a pop up of their popular Garden Kitchen, offering free, tasty food to everyone!
The pop up is the first in a series of sessions which will see the Garden Kitchen go on tour around Wester Hailes once a month. The next session will take place on Wednesday 14 March 2018 at the WHALE Arts Centre, 12.30pm – 1.30pm.
The Garden Kitchen runs weekly every Wednesday, 12.30pm – 1.30pm at the Health Agency offering local, nutritious vegetarian lunches. The Garden Kitchen is funded by the Tasting Change Project and supported by donations.
Tasting Change is a cross sector multi-agency partnership, delivered by the Health Agency, CHAI, SCOREscotland and WHALE Arts Agency, to tackle food insecurity and promote positive food and health opportunities in Wester Hailes.
