Prospect are now running weekly surgeries offering welfare benefits advice for Prospect tenants at the Health Agency in the Healthy Living Centre with their Welfare Rights Officer Fiona McLuckie.
The sessions run on Wednesdays, 9.30am – 1.00pm, with the first half hour being for drop in followed by appointments. The Health Agency has the green reception desk.
This joins a weekly surgery at Clovenstone Community Centre every Monday ,9.30am – 1.00pm.
Fiona offers free advice to Prospect’s tenants on benefits and debts and can help with all the following issues:
- Are there problems with your Housing Benefit, ESA or Universal Credit?
- Have you been sanctioned, refused benefit or lost your job?
- Do you need a benefit check or help with budgeting?
- Do you have rent arrears or debts you cannot manage?
