SCOREscotland’s Green Futures Project invites you to a screening of “10 Billion: What’s on your plate?” at WHALE Arts, next Wednesday, 7 February 2018, 11.00am – 1.30pm.
With the world population expected to reach 10 billion by 2050, how will the world feed itself?
Amidst heated debate (and a fair bit of hot air), comes this clear-headed exploration of global food production and distribution, which investigates different innovations and visions for our future – including artificial meat, insects, industrial farming and urban gardening.
The screening will be followed by a discussion with Zarina Ahmad from CEMVO Scotland.
