New Caledonia Woodlands are inviting local residents to come along to Westburn Woods this Saturday to try out some woodland activities. There will also be a chance to find out about a brand new project that’s going to be happening in the woods over the next 2 years. Funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund, the project will improve the natural heritage of the woods and develop it as a community space. New Caledonia Woodlands are keen to know what people living near the woods think is most important about this space and what activities they would like to see there. They’ll be by Westburn Woods on Saturday 24th March from 12PM to 3PM with lots of great woodland activities to try. It’s all free and everyone is welcome.
