Health All Round will be holding two Adult Swim Sessions on Tuesday 3 July and Thursday 5 July 2018, 12.30pm to 1.15pm at Forrester/St Augustine’s Community Sport Hub.
The free sessions are open to those 16 and above and to all abilities (including non-swimmers).
