WHALE Arts has released the full programme for the upcoming Film and Moving Image Festival: Changing Perspectives.
Changing Perspectives: Wester Hailes Film and Moving Image Festival, is a community-wide event showcasing archival, community and artist film and moving image work. Taking place next week, from Monday 15 October 2018 to Saturday 20 October 2018, the festival will include screenings and workshops from different local groups and organisations and culminating in an outdoor projection trail at Westside plaza.
