Edinburgh and Lothians Greenspace Trust will be running a free bird walk in Hailes Quarry Park this Friday, 26th April 2019.
Des Loughney from Longstone Community Council will guide us through the many birds that can be seen in the park. If we’re lucky, we might even spot some spring migrants like chiff-chaff, blackcap and willow warbler.
Meet at the playpark off Dumbryden Road at 2.00pm. Please dress for the weather. Under 16s must bring an adult.
