The City of Edinburgh Council are looking to recruit an Assistant Recreation Manager based at Wester Hailes Education Centre.
The post is full-time, working 36 hours per week, with a salary of £25,623 – £30,563 per year . The psot would be fixed term until Monday 30 September 2020.
We are seeking an experienced person to join the Recreation team at Wester Hailes Education Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organisation and management of Centre Leisure and Recreation operations, promoting and developing the use of Leisure and Recreation facilities, managing staff and ensuring the safety and control of Centre users.
This post is considered regulated work with vulnerable children and/or Protected Adults under the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by the City of Edinburgh Council.
