Planning permission granted for new homes at Clovenstone Gardens

Prospect are delighted to announce that planning permission has been granted for a development of 69 homes at Clovenstone Gardens, Edinburgh. 

Over the past two years, Prospect have been working with J. Smart & Co. (Contractors) PLC to develop proposals for the site, which is situation off Clovenstone Gardens and Clovenstone Road.  There will be a mixture of social rent and mid-market rent properties.  We hope that work will start on the site early next year.
