The City of Edinburgh Council are recruiting a Senior Cook working at Clovenstone Care Home.
The post is permanent and full time, 36 hours per week, with a salary of £18,860.00 – £21,828.00 per year.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic candidate to support the management of a quality catering service for 35 residents with a variety of dietary requirements.
The post covers early/late shifts and alternate weekend working.
You will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of meals and snacks appropriate to dietary needs as well as supporting in duties including food ordering, the completion of HACCP documentation and leading the kitchen.
Ideally holding a catering qualification, you will be flexible in approach with excellent organisational and communication skills.
