NHS Scotland are recruiting an Assistant Practice Manager based at Wester Hailes Healthy Living Centre.
The post is permanent working full time, 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £22,700 – £24,973.
To provide a high quality, professional comprehensive and pro-active secretarial and administrative service to the practice team. Manage day-to-day workload of the secretaries, administration and clerical team, organising workload to meet practice objectives. Act as the first point of contact for patients and other stakeholders contacting the Practice with more complex enquiries, portraying the Practice in the highest possible professional basis.
