Prospect: February 2021 COVID-19 Update

Prospect Community Housing have released the following update for February 2021 on the impact of COVID-19 on their services.

We want to keep everyone updated with our response to the current situation, and to try and help tenants feel connected to information.

Latest Updates

We had hoped to re-open the office in March this year. However, with the ongoing lockdown restrictions, this will not be possible. We will continue to comply with the latest Scottish Government guidance on non-essential office closures. When we are allowed to re-open, we will give plenty of advance notice before a phased return is implemented.

If you need gas heating or boiler repairs please contact our contractor Saltire directly on 01698 743 609. They are also responsible for gas servicing and our out of hours gas emergency call outs.

We also want to highlight the importance of recently fitted smoke/ heat and CO2 detectors after contractors noticed a few that have been deliberately disabled or removed. These offer vital warning in the event of a fire both for the tenant and their neighbours. If we have to replace or refit the new detectors, we may have to issue recharges.
