WHALE Arts are excited to announce Computer Club, a new fortnightly afterschool session for young people with an interest in Computers and Computing.
The sessions will take place at WHALE Arts, 4.00pm – 6.00pm every other Tuesday starting next week 29th June, for ages 9 -12. Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance.
The sessions will be fairly freeform and give young people who enjoy computers and computing a chance to experiment and try new things including programming. The sessions are part of a partnership project between WHALE Arts and Edinburgh Napier University’s School of Computing called Lets Play Wester Hailes. We hope to invite guests from the University to run themed session throughout the project.
Lets Play Wester Hailes is funded by the Royal Academy of Engineering Ingenious Awards Scheme.
