Health All Round will be launching a new Eco Therapy Group focusing on connecting with nature to improve health and well – being. The walk element is low level therefore suitable for all levels and abilities.
Sessions will take place on Mondays launching on 4 October 2021. Each week will be themed at a different green space around the South West, with a short walk suitable for all levels and abilities.
The location for each session is:
- 4 October 2021 – Saughton Park river walk
- 11 October 2021 – Water of leith Visitor Centre
- 18 October 2021 – Harrison Park
- 25 October 2021 – Saughton Park Walled Garden
Sessions meet at 12.00pm and will last for around 60 minutes. Participants are encouraged to dress for the weather.
