Health All Round are launching a new course titled ‘Overcoming Low Mood and Depression’.
The course is seven weeks long (plus an intro session), will be hold via Zoom on Thursdays from 12 October 2021, 11.00am – 12000pm. It aims to help identify unhelpful thoughts and beliefs that stop you from doing the thing you want to do. It will teach techniques that will help you develop a more balanced way of thing and lead a happier more fulfilling life.
Each session will be followed by a one to one appointment with each participant helping them to work towards their own goals at their own pace.
