The Health Agency will be launching Sleep Well a new 4 week course aimed at helping people improve their sleep.
The course begins on Tuesday 28 Septemer 2021 4.30pm – 6.00pm and will be held online using Microsoft Teams.
The course will cover:
- Why we sleep
- Establishing a new sleep/wake routine
- Developing strategies to tackle troublesome thoughts
- Create new sleep-related behaviours
- Develop relaxation and mindfullness skills
