Sleep Well with the Health Agency

The Health Agency will be launching Sleep Well a new 4 week course aimed at helping people improve their sleep.

The course begins on Tuesday 28 Septemer 2021 4.30pm – 6.00pm and will be held online using Microsoft Teams.

The course will cover:

  • Why we sleep
  • Establishing a new sleep/wake routine
  • Developing strategies to tackle troublesome thoughts
  • Create new sleep-related behaviours
  • Develop relaxation and mindfullness skills
