The Bridge Counselling Service is here for people when they are experiencing difficulties that impact daily living. Things like stress, depression and anxiety, problems in relationships or work related issues can be understood better when talked over in a confidential, non-judgemental way with a counsellor. Our counsellors are qualified or in training and registered with accredited professional counselling bodies (COSCA, BACP or ACC). The Bridge does not charge for counselling sessions and donations to support the running of the service are appreciated. We are keen to be a helpful resource to the local community and be accessible to all.

We have started seeing clients face to face again in our Counselling Rooms at Holy Trinity Church under COVID safe conditions. Online and phone counselling is also available.
