B Healthy Together will be holding a garden clean up at Whinpark Medical Centre with Edible Estates, tomorrow Wednesday 16 March 2022, 1.00pm.
In the past year we have been growing some delicious fruits and vegetables in the Whinpark garden for our community.
This space can be a step of your door and would be lovely to connect with local people around the local garden.
Did you know that spending time in the garden is very therapeutic and nature helps in emotional regulation and improves memory functions?
Please feel free to come on Wednesday to Whinpark Medical Practice and help us to prepare the garden for sowing.
Head along, help keep the garden beautiful and productive and enjoy some delicous snacks and hot tea.
