Health All Round will be holding a course aimed to support people with Emotional Eating.
Do you find yourself eating when you are stressed or anxious? Bored, distracted, not hungry, but still reaching out for food? You might be emotionally eating.
The 6-week course is free and will take place online via Zoom from Thursday 5 May 2022 – 9 June 2022, 10.00am – 12.00pm. It will aim to help people find new ways to manage difficult emotions without turning to food.
