The City of Edinburgh Council have an ongoing project in their Capital Investment Programme to replace and refurbish Wester Hailes High School.
The project is being completed in two phases and phase 1 – the refurbishment of the school senior management area, pupil toilets, dining and sports facilities is nearing completion.
Phase 2 which is the construction of a new learning and teaching facility on the existing site is in the early design stages. In order to share some of the details of the emerging concept design for phase 2 and gain feedback from local people and shareholders, a community information session has been arranged for:
Wednesday the 22nd of June, between 6.30pm – 8.00pm in Wester Hailes Library.
Members of the design team will be present to provide information on the proposals.
