The Health Agency is happy to announce they have a block of Chair Based Yoga classes starting Tuesday 23rd August at 11.00am.
Chair based yoga is suitable for people with chronic pain conditions, degenerative disease and other long term health conditions. The sessions are free and will take place in-person at the Health Agency, located in the Wester Hailes Healthy Living Centre.
