The Health Agency are starting up their Thursday Lunch Club for those with long term health conditions from next week.
The club will run in person at the Health Agency from 1.00 – 2.30pm every Thursday. The club will give the chance to chat to a nutritionist, offer practical advice and tips and teach people how to cook. Participants will also receive a weekly meal kit.
