BuggyGym the fitness group for mums with babies from B Healthy Together is back.
The group meets on Thursdays 9:30am – 10:30am at Gate 55. The weekly post-natal fitness class provides the perfect setting to work on your fitness after having a baby, whilst connecting with other mums. It focuses on:
- retraining the core
- working on pelvic floor
- regaining strength
