Prospect Community Housing’s Welfare Rights Officer Fiona McLuckie is now offering their tenants welfare benefit advice appointments at Clovenstone Community Centre on Wednesday mornings.
The weekly outreach surgeries run from 11.00am – 1.00pm. You can also drop off documents, letters, forms from 10.50am.
The surgeries will make sure you are getting all the benefits that you are entitled to and can also help you appeal if you are unhappy with a benefit or tax credit decision. Fiona can explain your options if you have debts that you are struggling to manage or bills that you don’t understand. In some cases we can help you apply for grants to help with debts or living expenses.
