WHALE Arts is turning 30 this year and would like to invite everyone along to help them celebrate. They will be having a day full of arts, games and fun on Saturday 20 August 2022, 11.00am—3.00pm.
As well as one of the first chances to visit the WHALE café. There are lots of exciting events planned for the day including:
- Fresh-made pizza
- Face painting
- Art activities
- Games
- Ice-cream
- Music
- And much, much more!
WHALE will also be celebrating the past 30 years by creating an exhibition. They have been hard at work gathering the memories and experiences shared by WHALE’s current and past participants, and photos and news stories from the WHALE archive. These alongside things shared on the day will be used to create a timeline showing highlights from the past!
