
The City of Edinburgh Council are recruiting an Administrative Officer Vacancy based in Wester Hailes High School.
The post is permanent working full-time 36 hours per week, with a salary of £24,890 – £28,854 per year.
The school is looking for an outstanding and enthusiastic School Administrator to join their team of talented staff. A passion for administration and confidence with SEEMIS are among the qualities the school seek, this position is full time permanent role.
Major Tasks:
In particular the postholder will be required to assist with the delivery and development of:-
- financial support, planning and budget monitoring,
- management information,
- office support services and the allocation and supervision of work to office-based staff,
- human resources policies, procedures and the maintenance of records,
- pupil records,
- statistical reporting,
- community access and where appropriate adult education classes within the school.
