The City of Edinburgh Council are hiring a Depute manager position based at Clovenstone House care home.
The post is permanent, working full time 36 hours per week with a salary of £34,057 – £40,275 per year.
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual with proven experience to be accountable for the management and effective running of a Care Home for Older People who thrives in leading change and daily challenges within a highly complex yet rewarding environment.
You will have a proven track record of leading services within the health and social care environment, have an excellent grasp of adult protection, regulation and guidance, establishing best practice in meeting needs of older people in residential care. You should be able to work flexibly and creatively within a dynamic and ambitious team.You will lead a service with high standards and will work with highly capable, enthusiastic staff, all of whom want to make a positive difference to the lives of adults.
