Space at the Broomhouse Hub will be holding a special course targeted at ethnic minority parents teaching customer service skills.
Their Training Academy team will be delivering the course at the Broomhouse Hub over two days in March, Monday 13th March and Monday 20th March, between 9:30am and 12:30pm. It will cover all of the essential information that will help you to find retail work. This includes:
- Understanding what customer service is
- Skills needed to provide excellent customer service
- How to deal with difficult customers
- How to engage effectively with both customers and colleagues
