Space at the Broomhouse Hub’s Training Academy will be running a Customer Service Training course in June 2023, covering all the essential information that will help you find retail work.
Are you a parent that has faced some hurdles on the road to employment? Are you looking for support to help build your customer service skills? If so, we have a workshop that you might be interested in!
The course takes place on Monday 19 June 223, between 9.30am – 12.30pm, and will be delivered at the Broomhouse Hub. It includes:
- Understanding what customer service is
- Skills needed to provide excellent customer service
- How to deal with difficult customers
- How to engage effectively with both customers and colleagues
Free to attend thanks to funding from the Capital City Partnership, with travel costs reimbursed where required.
There are a limited number of places available on this course, so people are encouraged to sign up early.
