The Garden Kitchen will be teaming with Grass Roots Remedies to celebrate Lammas, the start of Harvest season, tomorrow 1 August 2024, 12.30pm – 1.30pm.
We will be creating some Middle Eastern themed dishes using lots of locally grown veggies, provided by Wester Hailes Growing Communities and we will also have some DELICIOUS homemade blackcurrant Jam to spread on scones and courgette cake.
They will be hosting this lunch in the Health Agency’s garden space, weather permitting. The Garden Kitchen runs every Thursday offering a free delicious home cooked meal to everyone.
